During machining and assembly, our workshop follows standardized SOP. Each welding, milling and drilling process is tracked with work orders. Assembly technicians carry out step-by-step assembly and pre-adjustment. After mechanical assembly, professional engineers conduct precision calibration: checking sliding table parallelism, fence straightness, blade verticality and angle accuracy. All geometric parameters are recorded in inspection logs.

Before delivery, every finished sliding table saw must pass a strict multi-item performance test. Engineers run no-load operation for extended periods to check vibration, noise and motor temperature rise. Real cutting tests are performed on MDF, solid wood and composite panels to verify cutting flatness and dimensional accuracy. Electrical safety, emergency stop function and dust system connectivity are fully verified. Only machines passing all inspection items can be marked qualified for shipment. Any defective unit will be isolated for rework and re-inspection.

Beyond factory inspection, we implement a complete after-sales quality guarantee system. Original spare parts supply is guaranteed for long-term maintenance. Our technical team offers installation guidance, operation training and remote troubleshooting. User feedback on equipment performance is continuously collected to feed into product iteration, helping us upgrade mechanical structure and optimize stability for next-generation models.
